ITSM ITOM Demo Developer

Job Summary

Leading the development of ITSM and ITOM demo stories, the full-time Demo Developer will manage the end-to-end demo portfolio, build hands-on scenarios on the ServiceNow platform, and serve as the go-to expert for IT demo requests, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the IT demo story and manage the ITSM and ITOM demo portfolio for keynotes and events
• Develop demo scenarios on ServiceNow, ensuring they are current and reliable for presentations
• Collaborate with product marketing and management to translate messaging into engaging demo scripts and environments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITSM and ITOM
• Strong scripting skills on the platform, including Business Rules, Flow Designer, and REST integrations
• Experience building and maintaining demo environments, including provisioning and data seeding
• Ability to create narrative-driven demos that resonate with non-technical audiences
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting demos to various stakeholders
