ITSM Management Analyst
Job Summary
To support the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, the full-time remote ITSM Management Analyst will manage service-management process design, documentation, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and continual improvement of the ITSM Plan and Service Management System
- Document and maintain ITSM policies, processes, and procedures while mapping current and future-state service-management processes
- Analyze processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Current ITIL Foundation certification or higher
