Job Summary
To support a large-scale migration from Cherwell to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, two experienced Ivanti Developers will work remotely on a 6-month contract, focusing on designing, configuring, developing, testing, and deploying solutions within the Ivanti platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
- Collaborate with business users and project teams to define requirements and implement solutions
- Participate in the migration of processes and data from Cherwell to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and supporting Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
- Hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM within the last 2 years
- Experience configuring workflows, business objects, forms, dashboards, and automation processes
- Experience with ITSM implementations, migrations, or platform upgrades
- Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
