Ivanti Neurons Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end implementation of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, the contract Ivanti Neurons Implementation Consultant will configure project management workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Ivanti Neurons for the Portfolio and Project Management module, including configuration of demand intake and project tasks
• Produce documentation and train project managers and portfolio owners on the configured solution
• Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to translate existing processes into platform configurations and conduct user acceptance testing

Required qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, Ivanti Service Manager, or Cherwell Service Management
• Direct configuration experience with a portfolio and project management module such as Ivanti Neurons for PPM or ServiceNow SPM
• Working knowledge of demand management, portfolio planning, and resource and capacity management
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards on an ITSM platform
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage an implementation from requirements through go-live
