Job Summary

Supporting organic growth initiatives in Japanese-language markets, the full-time Organic Growth Strategist will conduct keyword research, analyze SERPs, and develop content briefs for B2B SaaS clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research for Japanese-language markets to identify high-intent opportunities
• Analyze Japanese SERPs to understand competitive landscapes and content gaps
• Develop detailed content briefs that guide writers on structure, intent, and keyword usage

Required qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese (native or near-native) with strong understanding of B2B content consumption
• 2+ years of experience in SEO, keyword research, or content strategy for B2B or SaaS audiences
• Proficient with keyword research tools like Ahrefs or similar
• Understanding of search intent and ability to translate keyword data into actionable briefs
• Familiarity with AI search engines and their citation practices is a plus
