Job Summary
To support a growing tech team, the full-time Java AI Developer will design and implement scalable Spring Boot microservices, develop intelligent agents, and manage the entire development lifecycle, including testing and optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, and modern front-end technologies
- Conduct testing and code reviews to ensure application reliability and adherence to best practices
- Implement RAG pipelines and stay updated on the latest AI technologies and practices
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding
- Familiarity with Spring, Maven, React.js, HTML, and CSS
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and experience with Spring AI or LangChain4j
- Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
