Java Developer with GenAI

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Java Developer with GenAI, this full-time remote position will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AI-assisted tools to enhance software delivery in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications and REST APIs using Spring Boot
• Build cloud-native solutions deployed on Microsoft Azure and develop event-driven integrations utilizing Apache Kafka
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Codex, to optimize coding and automate software development lifecycle processes

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Apache Kafka, and SQL for building cloud-ready services and data-driven solutions
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Codex for AI-assisted development tasks
• Ability to design and integrate AI agents into software development lifecycle workflows
• Working knowledge of Claude or similar LLM-based development tools and responsible application of Generative AI in software engineering
