Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Java Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain secure enterprise applications using Java 25+, Spring Boot, and related technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications utilizing Java and Spring frameworks
- Develop cloud-based applications within AWS, leveraging various services and building CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex application and deployment issues, ensuring timely resolutions
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT development experience with Java programming, specifically using Spring Boot and Spring Frameworks
- 3+ years of experience deploying application code in an AWS environment with hands-on knowledge of AWS services
- Proficiency in Node.js and experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker
- Bachelor's Degree is required
