Java Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the ReClaimer's team, the full-time Java Integration Engineer I will support the design and build of API and microservice integrations for a cloud-based insurance platform while collaborating with senior engineers and business analysts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the design and build of API and microservice integrations connecting FINEOS insurance SaaS to internal systems
• Contribute to features from intake to payment as part of an agile team, collaborating closely with senior engineers
• Help maintain the existing on-premises claims environment while engaging in modernization efforts

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional Java application development experience, particularly with Spring and Spring Boot
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices in an enterprise environment
• Good SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases in an integration context
• A desire to learn and drive issues to resolution with growing independence
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
