Java Software Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Java Software Consultant will lead strategic technical direction, mentor peers, and engage with client stakeholders while working remotely during U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for clients, addressing big picture business problems
- Mentor and upskill peers and client teams while promoting software development best practices
- Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges using innovative technology solutions
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Springboot, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform preferred
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
