Java Software Developer
Job Summary
To enhance national safety and security, the remote Java Software Developer will analyze software requirements, integrate systems, and develop and test software applications using Java and Spring Boot, while also leveraging ReactJS for front-end development.
Key responsibilities
- Perform software requirements analysis and system integration activities
- Develop and test software tools, focusing on backend services and REST APIs
- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated workflows
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in developing object-oriented software applications in Java
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and ReactJS
- Proficient in API design and integration, including RESTful endpoint design
- Understanding of data streaming platforms, particularly Kafka
- Ability to obtain a public trust and must be a U.S. citizen
