Java Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time contract Java Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React, while collaborating with Agile teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and enhance enterprise applications, build REST APIs, and support microservices and cloud-native solutions
- Stabilize front-end applications using React and modern UI practices, while contributing to application modernization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews to promote best practices and application reliability
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Experience with React.js and modern front-end development frameworks
- Working knowledge of Python for automation and data processing
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native application development
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams
