Java Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Java Software Engineer will focus on investigating customer-reported issues, performing root-cause analysis, and developing production-ready code fixes for large-scale enterprise applications.
Key responsibilities
- Defines, analyzes, and resolves customer escalations in a timely and accurate manner
