Java Technical Lead
Job Summary
Leading a development team, the full-time remote Java Technical Lead will provide technical direction and hands-on expertise in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure application performance and scalability
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of software development experience, including leading technical teams
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
