Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Client Services Project Specialist will respond to complex customer inquiries, adhere to project protocols, and collaborate with business partners to enhance project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Create and update procedures for claims and correspondence teams to align with project goals
• Assist in resolving issues and monitor the overall health of cases by identifying errors and proposing solutions

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Experience in customer service with a focus on clear and professional communication
• Ability to manage changing priorities and support business needs effectively
• Critical thinking and strong attention to detail are essential
