Job Summary
Providing technical support and system optimization, the full-time remote JDE CNC Consultant will install, upgrade, and maintain the JD Edwards technical foundation while assisting end-users and application programmers.
Key responsibilities
- Install, upgrade, and support the JD Edwards technical foundation
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance for end-users and application teams
- Optimize system performance and automate processes within JD Edwards environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field preferred
- 5+ years of consulting experience in technical support, upgrades, migrations, and implementations
- 1+ years of experience with JD Edwards application software through E1 9.x
- 5+ years of Technical JDE CNC consulting experience
- 1+ years of experience with structured query language (SQL)
