JDE Technology Support Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a contract JDE Technology Support Engineer to work remotely, who will deliver SME-level technical support for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems, implement Requests for Change (RFCs), and collaborate with vendor partners to maintain system stability and optimize enterprise workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver SME-level technical support and problem resolution for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems
- Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) while maintaining technical knowledge base documentation
- Proactively monitor system health and implement integration best practices across enterprise workflows
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Strong expertise in Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne SOA Integration
- Proven track record in incident and problem management within complex enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
