Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned JDE Technology Support Engineer for a remote contract position, this role will manage complex technical issues, drive incident resolutions, and implement changes across Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system components.
Key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of complex technical issues and ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process
- Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) and update knowledge base articles to enhance service efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors and service management teams for deep issue analysis and continuous system performance improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Advanced proficiency in JDE EnterpriseOne technical architecture and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to lead technical teams
