Jira Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Jira Developer will design and implement workflows, manage JSM processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application features and integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored workflows, issue types, and custom fields across Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence
- Build and maintain JSM workflows, including incident and change management processes
- Develop custom apps and automations using Script Runner or REST APIs to extend Atlassian capabilities
Required qualifications
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering and developing on Atlassian Cloud/Data Center products
- At least five years of experience in Information Technology
- Advanced knowledge of Jira Automation, Script Runner, or similar workflow automation tools
- Deep understanding of JSM customer portals, request types, and SLAs
