Journeyman QA Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance service management quality for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, the full-time Journeyman QA Specialist will conduct process audits, validate adherence to standard operating procedures, and analyze performance trends while working remotely, preferably from the Chicago area.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of the Information Technology Service Management Plan and assess the effectiveness of the Service Management System
- Conduct process audits and quality reviews to evaluate compliance with established standards and validate performance against Service Level Agreements
- Analyze service performance data to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve service quality
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Current ITIL Foundation certification or higher
