Journeyman ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
To support the USMEPCOM ENLIST IT service-management operating model, two Journeyman ServiceNow Developers will work remotely in full-time positions to configure, enhance, and optimize the ServiceNow platform, developing workflows, service catalog capabilities, and integrations while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow platform capabilities to support the ITSM operating model
- Translate functional and process requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, including incident, problem, and change management processes
- Develop dashboards and performance indicators for service and process owners, ensuring continual improvement and platform reliability
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
