Job Summary
To lead performance measurement and operational analytics for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, the full-time remote Journeyman SLA Analyst will develop key performance indicators, manage service-level agreements, and provide actionable insights to improve service quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators, service-level agreements, and related performance measures
- Collect and analyze service-performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Produce dashboards and reports to provide visibility into service health and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
