Job Summary
Supporting the Wireless SoCal department, the full-time JPA Lead Associate will manage daily operations, oversee JPC Field Inspectors, and ensure quality control of Joint Pole Association transactions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and review daily and weekly assignments for JPC Field Inspectors, ensuring accuracy and quality of field work
- Track and upload JPA forms and transactions, coordinating with the JPC Department Manager for approvals and corrections as needed
- Prepare production reports and customer deliverables, while providing operational support to the JPC Department Manager and staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or three years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in wireless telecommunications, JPA/JPC operations, or utility coordination
- Working knowledge of JPA/JPC documentation and processes
- Ability to track high volumes of transactions and prepare detailed reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tracking/document-management systems
