JPC Department Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of Joint Pole Committee (JPC) services, the full-time JPC Department Manager will lead personnel, ensure production quality, track customer requirements, and support the JPC Director in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of JPC services, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
• Monitor performance data of Field Inspectors and track monthly production and completion volumes
• Prepare and submit customer deliverables and manage billing activities in accordance with contract requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience
• Working knowledge of JPA/JPC processes and utility coordination
• Experience managing field personnel or multi-functional project teams
• Ability to interpret contracts and customer requirements effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project-management systems
