Junior Automation Tester
Job Summary
Collaborating with Agile teams, the Junior Automation Tester will execute manual and basic automated test cases, identify and track software bugs, and perform regression testing, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite if local to Maryland.
Key responsibilities
- Review requirements and user stories to execute test cases
- Identify, log, and track software bugs using tracking tools
- Create and update test documentation, test scripts, and status reports
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Functional Testing and defect management
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Java and JavaScript
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Test Automation Strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
