Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth platform, the full-time Junior Back-End Engineer will design, build, and ship high-quality software experiences while working remotely and collaborating closely with leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences from concept through production
- Work across the stack, following features from the interface through the API to the database without handoffs
- Prototype quickly and validate solutions with real users in sensitive clinical contexts
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software engineering
- Knowledge or experience with SST, Node, AWS Services, and SQL Databases
- Ability to work independently and own entire projects or large areas of the codebase
- Experience in building paid products and services is preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
