Junior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support compliance with California's 2027 Pay Data Reporting requirements, the full-time temporary Junior Business Analyst will perform research, assignment, validation, and cleanup of job records with missing SOC codes, working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Research and assign appropriate SOC classifications for job records in HRConnect
- Perform data cleanup and remediation for approximately 1,700 job records, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Document classification methodologies and create job aids for ongoing support and future governance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in Compensation/Consulting, with a focus on data analysis
- 3-5 years working with complex data and providing analytic summaries
- Minimum of 1 year experience with HRIS technology
- Understanding of Compensation practices and related data elements
