Junior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting key business initiatives, the remote Junior Business Analyst will gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders on a customer portal project as part of a 12-month contract with potential for permanent placement.
Key responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop end-user documentation and training materials
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in a professional environment
- Demonstrated experience with business requirements elicitation and BRD creation
- Strong experience in process mapping and requirements management
- Experience in developing user documentation and training materials
- Experience supporting customer portal implementations or enhancements is highly preferred
