Junior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely during EST hours, the Junior Business Analyst will support key business initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with stakeholders on a customer portal project in a 12-month contract role with potential for permanent placement.
Key responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in a professional environment
- Demonstrated experience eliciting business requirements and creating comprehensive BRDs
- Strong experience with process mapping and requirements management
- Experience developing user documentation and training materials
- Experience supporting customer portal implementations or enhancements is preferred
