Junior Business Controller
Job Summary
Joining the Nordics & Baltics Health Nutrition Finance team, the full-time Junior Business Controller will support financial forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis while collaborating with senior finance colleagues and commercial teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support monthly forecasting and processes through data preparation, analysis, and validation
- Prepare regular performance analyses for Commercial and Marketing teams, including product, channel, and KPI reviews
- Maintain and help develop Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability
Required qualifications
- Higher education in Finance or Economics
- Strong analytical skills and solid Excel proficiency
- Basic understanding of P&L
- Fluent in English
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
