Junior Cloud Security Engineer
Job Summary
To support a fast-growing cloud security startup, the fully remote Junior Cloud Security Validation Engineer will develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java with Selenide or Selenium, focusing primarily on automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate test coverage under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Java (Selenide or Selenium)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Identify, prioritize, and report defects while participating in test planning and review sessions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as an AQA Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with Selenide or Selenium WebDriver
- Basic understanding of OOP concepts
- Experience developing and executing automated test suites for web applications
- Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols
