Junior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time Junior Compliance Analyst will support the FX team's risk and compliance efforts by monitoring client and trading activity, conducting KYC/AML checks, and preparing compliance reports in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor FX accounts and trading activity for rule breaches and risk exposure
- Support KYC/AML onboarding checks and maintain compliance policies aligned with UK and EU regulations
- Prepare risk and compliance reports for management and track regulatory developments affecting the FX business
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, law, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in risk, compliance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Good judgment and integrity in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
