Junior Consultant

Job Summary

To support Federal clients, the full-time remote Junior Consultant will collect and analyze information, document requirements and processes, and develop work products under the guidance of senior consultants.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute defined analyses and work packages while collecting and validating qualitative and quantitative evidence
• Develop clear requirements records, process maps, dashboards, and reports as assigned
• Support stakeholder interactions, including interviews and workshops, while tracking decisions and action items

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, analysis, project delivery, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with standard productivity and analysis tools
• Ability to structure ambiguous information and produce accurate work against deadlines
• Demonstrated competencies in ownership, learning agility, resilience, trustworthiness, and collaboration
