Junior Copywriter

Job Summary

As a full-time Junior Copywriter working remotely, the candidate will craft engaging copy for renewal campaigns, retention messaging, and member storytelling, collaborating closely with the Membership Directors and Renewals team to enhance member engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Write emails, SMS, and in-app messaging to drive membership renewals and engagement
• Collaborate with Membership Directors to create persuasive reoffer and downsell messaging for members
• Transform member success stories into compelling narratives that support renewal campaigns

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of copywriting experience with a strong portfolio, including agency, in-house, or freelance work
• Genuine interest in finance, blockchain technology, and the democratization of financial services
• Strong writing fundamentals, including grammar and clarity across various formats
• Eagerness to learn about retention and lifecycle marketing copywriting
• Ability to manage multiple copy requests and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment
