Junior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative, the fully remote Junior Data Analyst will extract and analyze data using advanced algorithms, develop visualizations to communicate insights, and present findings to management for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze data using advanced algorithms and models to identify trends and insights
- Develop visualizations such as charts and graphs to effectively communicate complex data patterns
- Present findings and recommendations to management on how data insights can influence operations and strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or in a related analytical role
- Proficiency in developing data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid Analytics
- Solid understanding of data modeling and trend analysis
- Familiarity with querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL or other data tools
