Junior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting data analysis and reporting for federal healthcare programs, the full-time Junior Data Analyst will extract and analyze data, develop reports and visualizations, and perform statistical analyses in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data related to healthcare benefits and support programs
- Develop reports, metrics, and data visualizations to support program performance and quality assurance
- Conduct statistical analyses and support operational research initiatives
Required qualifications
- Junior- to mid-level experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field
- Experience with structured data and data validation processes
- Ability to identify trends and data-quality issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-analysis/reporting tools
- Experience in federal, DoD, VA, healthcare, or disability programs is preferred
