Junior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Finance Analytics team, the remote Junior Data Analyst will manage ad hoc data requests, maintain reporting scripts, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Pull and prepare data using SQL, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Maintain and improve existing reporting and reconciliation scripts
- Participate in research on unit economics and build dashboards and data marts
Required qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a finance-related role
- Confident SQL skills, including joins, window functions, and data quality checks
- Experience with at least one BI tool, preferably Tableau or Metabase
- Good Excel skills, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and charts
- Understanding of key business metrics such as GMV, ARPU, and revenue
