Junior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Inventory Analytics & Reporting team, the full-time remote Junior Data Analyst will maintain accurate inventory data, perform routine analysis, and develop Power BI dashboards to provide insights into inventory levels and trends.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare recurring inventory reports and enhance Power BI dashboards for visibility into inventory metrics
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential risks
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate risks related to excess inventory or shortages
Required qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, operations, reporting, or analytics
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization
- Experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data validation
