Junior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data integration and reporting efforts, the full-time Junior Data Engineer will collaborate with the analytics team to design and implement scalable ETL processes, perform data extraction and manipulation, and build utilities to enhance data flow.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the analytics team to develop reliable data solutions that meet business needs
- Design and implement scalable ETL or ELT processes to support data demands
- Build utilities and frameworks to improve data flow and participate in integration testing efforts
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Intermediate proficiency in Python, with experience in data processing tools such as Numpy and Pandas preferred
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Passion for data and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
