Junior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data-driven initiatives, the full-time Junior Data Engineer will collaborate with the analytics team to design and implement ETL processes, maintain data pipelines, and perform data manipulation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the analytics team to identify and implement reliable data solutions
- Design and implement scalable ETL or ELT processes to meet business data demands
- Build utilities and frameworks to enhance data flow and perform data extraction from databases
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Intermediate proficiency in Python, with experience in data processing tools such as Numpy and Pandas being a plus
- Experience with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Passion for data and a strong desire to learn
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
