Junior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data initiatives, the full-time Junior Data Engineer will collaborate with the analytics team to design and implement scalable ETL processes, perform data extraction and manipulation, and build utilities for data flow in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the analytics team to find reliable data solutions that meet business needs
- Design and implement scalable ETL or ELT processes to support data demand
- Perform data extraction, manipulation, and production from database tables
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related discipline
- Intermediate proficiency in Python, with experience in data processing tools like Numpy and Pandas being a plus
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
