Junior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Junior DevOps Engineer will assist in automating software deployment processes, configuring Linux environments, and developing CI/CD pipelines while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity if local to Maryland.
Key responsibilities
- Support the automation and optimization of software deployment and operational processes
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based environments
- Assist with the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Software Development, or related technical roles
- Experience supporting Linux environments
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD concepts
- Experience with Red Hat Ansible or configuration management tools
- Basic understanding of build automation and deployment processes
