Junior Digital Marketer Teaching Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the facilitation of the "Junior Digital Marketer" training program remotely, the full-time Junior Digital Marketer Teaching Assistant will assist lead instructors in delivering online content, engaging learners, and providing feedback on assessments over a six-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering training to adult learners and ensure their active participation
• Build relationships with learners, providing support and motivation in their professional journeys
• Engage in continuous improvement through peer reviews and maintain a reflective teaching journal

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Digital Marketing and adult facilitation, preferably with online delivery
• Strong facilitation skills and a learner-centered approach
• Professional demeanor with excellent organizational abilities
• Empathy and adaptability in relationship-building
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining relevant certifications
