Job Summary
Joining a dynamic eCommerce team, the full-time Junior eCommerce Web Developer will collaborate with senior developers to create and maintain high-quality web experiences, translating visual designs into HTML pages and ensuring cross-browser compatibility in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with product and senior developers to understand project requirements and translate visual designs into HTML pages
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while adhering to internal standards and guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teammates to deliver quality solutions, taking ownership of smaller tasks
Required qualifications
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools (e.g., Figma)
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
- 0-2 years of professional or project-based web development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Must be qualified to work in the United States without sponsorship
