Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Junior eCommerce Web Developer will collaborate with senior developers to build and maintain high-quality web experiences across eCommerce platforms while working remotely and developing front-end and UX skills.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with product and senior developers to translate visual designs into completed HTML pages and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in accordance with internal standards, with mentorship from senior team members
- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of smaller tasks, growing into larger project responsibilities over time
Required qualifications
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools (e.g., Figma)
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
- 0-2 years of professional or project-based web development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Must be qualified to work in the United States without sponsorship
