Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Junior eCommerce Web Developer will focus on front-end development, collaborating with senior developers to create and maintain high-quality web experiences across eCommerce platforms in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with product and senior developers to translate visual designs into HTML pages and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while adhering to internal standards and guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of smaller tasks, seeking assistance when needed to enhance technical skills
Required qualifications
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools (Figma)
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
- 0-2 years of professional or project-based web development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Must be qualified to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
