Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Junior eCommerce Web Developer for a full-time remote position, this role focuses on front-end development and UX skills, collaborating with senior developers to create high-quality web experiences across eCommerce platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and senior developers to translate visual designs into HTML pages and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while assisting in maintaining cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of smaller tasks, gradually increasing project responsibilities
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional or project-based web development experience, including internships or coursework
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools such as Figma
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify is a plus
- Eagerness to learn modern front-end frameworks and tools
