Job Summary
To support a growing eCommerce team, the full-time Junior eCommerce Web Developer will collaborate with senior developers to build and maintain high-quality web experiences, translating designs into HTML and ensuring functionality across platforms in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with product and senior developers to understand requirements and translate visual designs into HTML pages
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance
- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of smaller tasks while seeking guidance from senior team members
Required Qualifications
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools (Figma)
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
- 0-2 years of professional or project-based web development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Must be qualified to work in the United States without sponsorship
