Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Junior eCommerce Web Developer to join the eCommerce team in a full-time remote position, where the candidate will collaborate with senior developers to create and maintain high-quality web experiences across eCommerce platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to translate visual designs into HTML pages and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while assisting with cross-browser compatibility and accessibility guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of smaller tasks, with opportunities for mentorship and growth in project ownership
Required qualifications
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools such as Figma
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify is a plus
- 0-2 years of professional or project-based web development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Must be qualified to work in the United States without sponsorship
