Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Junior eCommerce Web Developer for a full-time remote position, this role focuses on front-end development, translating designs into HTML pages, and collaborating with senior developers to enhance web experiences across eCommerce platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and senior developers to understand project requirements and translate visual designs into HTML pages
- Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and take ownership of smaller tasks, progressively growing into larger project responsibilities
Required qualifications
- Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX tools (e.g., Figma)
- Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Shopify) is a plus
- 0-2 years of professional or project-based web development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent self-directed/bootcamp experience
- Must be qualified to work in the United States without sponsorship
